I write my blog posts on OneNote or Wordpad and keep copies. But, I came too close to losing some really old stuff a couple months ago.  I found a backup/export I had done from WordPress admin that had things in it.  My host tried to send me a backup of the datebase, but their backup didn&#039;t do what I really wanted. Backing up both resources, the host phpadmin and the blog is something that I want to keep a better habit of doing. Sometimes there are photos that don&#039;t work in the restore.</description>
