Virtual Receptionist Starter Package – A reserved block of 5 hours per month. This will cover approximately 10-12 calls per week.

Our a la carte services are offered in two main forms.

  1. Add-on Retainer hours – Your total cost goes down by $1 per hour for each block of 5 that you reserve. The more hours you reserve in advance, the less it costs you.

    2. These retainer hours can be used for more phone time, or any of our other services.

  2. By the Project –This is best if you have a specific project that you are looking to complete or goal you are trying to achieve that will be completed in one month.
Sample Retainer Packages
Starter package = $200 per month plus the cost of phone service
add 5 hours per month = $380/month
add 10 hours per month = $555/month
add 15 hours per month = $720/month

We charge in one minute increments using a time tracking software so you never pay for time you don't use.
