Investment

You have 3 investment options:

1) RECURRING BILLING/MONTHLY RETAINER

  • 6-15 hours per month = $50/hr
    *includes one scheduled 50-min call per month plus unlimited email support
  • 16-25 hours per month = $45/hr
    *includes two scheduled 50-min calls per month plus unlimited email support
  • 26+ hours per month = $40.00/hr
    *includes four scheduled 50-min calls per month plus unlimited email support

Hours are purchased in advance. This option is best when you are maintaining your current level of marketing and the tasks are recurring. Visions Virtual Assistance strives for a turnaround time of 72 hours or less. Hours will be budgeted so that they are spread out evenly throughout the month.

You can also pre-purchase hours when you simply want a lower rate. Keep in mind that unused prepaid hours cannot roll over.

Time is tracked to the minute with a 6 hour minimum per month.

2) PAY-AS-YOU-GO - $65/hr for all html work and $50/hr for everything else
This is best when you are increasing your marketing efforts and you aren't sure yet in advance what assistance you will need month-by-month. This is not a good option when you have recurring tasks.

Submit work as you need it. Your work will be put in queue and done when it comes up. Turnaround time, at this time, is 7 days. (This may change depending on the volume of work we receive during the month.) You will receive an invoice for the work completed on the last Friday of each month. Invoices are payable within 7 days.

Time is tracked to the minute with a 1 hour minimum per month.

3) PROJECTS - $65/hr
A project has one end goal and will most-likely not re-occur. You will be given an estimated project price with 50% of the estimate due before work is to begin and the remainder due within 7 days of acceptance of completion of project.

Time is not tracked. Your project will be priced based on a task list that will be customized specifically for your project. Anything added to the task list after work has begun will increase the end price.

NOTICE: Effective Immediately

1. All pre-purchased hours must be used in the month they are purchased. We cannot roll hours over to the next month.
2. Unused pre-purchased hours cannot be refunded.
3. You may be assigned a team member to assist you with non-HTML work. If you are assigned a team member, you will be introduced on Basecamp.
4. Visions Virtual Assistance must have a fully-executed Letter of Understanding to begin any work
